Payments are processed by Stripe. SellNow does not store your full payment card details. Stripe handles payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy and security standards.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase and our infrastructure providers, including hosting and deployment services. We use reasonable and industry-standard measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information, generated listings, generated replies, and related usage data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history features, manage usage limits, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us, and we will process valid requests within a reasonable timeframe unless we are required to keep certain information by law.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe – billing and payment processing
• OpenAI – AI processing used to generate listing content and buyer replies from text, voice, and image inputs
• Supabase – database and authentication
• Vercel – hosting and deployment

These providers process data on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies.

Where required, personal data may be processed or stored outside your country by these providers. We rely on our service providers' security and compliance measures to support lawful transfers and protection of data.
