Refund Policy
Navorix Ltd · SellNow · Effective date: 06 March 2026
1. Overview
SellNow is a subscription-based software service. This policy explains our refund and cancellation approach for UK customers, including your statutory rights under applicable consumer law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
2. Free Plan
You can try SellNow using the free plan before subscribing. We encourage you to use the free plan to assess whether the service is right for you before upgrading to Pro.
3. Subscription Refunds
If you are a UK consumer and you buy SellNow Pro online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the start of your subscription. However, because SellNow is a digital service that is normally supplied immediately after purchase, the following applies:
- If you ask us to begin supplying the Pro service immediately, you agree that supply starts during the 14-day cancellation period.
- If you cancel during that 14-day period, we may reduce any refund to reflect the value of the service already supplied up to cancellation, where permitted by law.
- If the service has been fully performed during the cancellation period, or where applicable rights have otherwise been lost following your request for immediate supply and acknowledgement, a refund may not be available.
In addition to any statutory rights, if the product is not functioning as described or technical issues materially prevent you from using the service, you can contact us and we will review the matter fairly and reasonably. Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, repair, replacement, or price reduction.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
A refund may be refused or reduced where permitted by law, for example if:
- You cancel after the 14-day cancellation period has expired
- You requested immediate access to the service and a refund is reduced to reflect the value of the service already supplied
- There is evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the refund process
This section does not affect any remedies you may have if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, is not as described, or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:
Please include:
- Your account email
- Reason for the request
- Any relevant screenshots or details of the issue
We will review refund requests as soon as reasonably possible. If your request relates to a statutory right, we will assess it in line with applicable UK consumer law. We may ask for additional information where reasonably needed to assess eligibility.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will not renew, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period unless the law requires otherwise. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund, but any refund rights you have under law remain unaffected.
7. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, we will process it without undue delay. In most cases, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card provider. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing concerns directly and promptly. This does not affect your right to contact your card provider or payment provider if you need to do so.
