By using SellNow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms; your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

SellNow is an AI-powered tool that generates marketplace listing content and buyer reply messages based on your input. You can provide item details or buyer messages using text, voice, or images, and SellNow produces formatted outputs tailored for platforms such as eBay, Vinted, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, and others.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the service for illegal activity or to harm others
• Abuse or attempt to exploit the system or bypass security measures
• Use automated scripts or tools to abuse generation limits
• Share your account or allow others to use it in violation of these terms

5. AI Generated Content

SellNow outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. While we aim to produce useful and high-quality results, outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated listings and replies before using them on any marketplace. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content.

SellNow uses third-party artificial intelligence providers to process text, voice, and image inputs and generate outputs. By using the service, you acknowledge that your input data may be processed by these providers solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

6. Subscription and Billing

The Pro plan is billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy and any applicable consumer rights under UK law.

7. Usage Limits

Plan limits apply to listings, buyer replies, saved history, and other features. Free and Pro plans have different limits as described on our pricing page. If you exceed applicable limits, access to certain features may be restricted until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that harms the service or others. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action where appropriate.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navorix Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of SellNow. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) £100. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of SellNow shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of SellNow after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
